Sunrise Real Estate completes sale of fully let logistics asset in Landvetter

Sunrise Real Estate (“Sunrise”), the pan-European investor, developer, and asset manager specialising in high-quality logistics real estate, has completed the sale of a fully let 14,300 sqm logistics facility located near Gothenburg Landvetter Airport in Sweden.

The asset has been delivered in collaboration with logistics real estate specialist Panattoni and was carried out as a brownfield project, replacing an existing building with a modern logistics facility. The asset is fully occupied, having been pre-let to an IT hardware and software distributor ahead of completion in 2025.

The development is certified BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and offers strong sustainability credentials, including the reuse of materials from the former structure, rooftop infrastructure prepared for solar installation, and EV charging facilities tailored to the tenant’s requirements.

Situated adjacent to Route 40, a major 321km highway in Sweden, the asset benefits from direct access to Gothenburg Landvetter Airport and the Port of Gothenburg, one of the region’s key logistics gateways.
