Sunrise Real Estate secures Troyes logistics lease

Sunrise Real Estate (“Sunrise”), the pan-European investor, developer and asset manager specialising in high-quality logistics real estate, has leased the majority of its prime logistics asset in Troyes, France, to a prominent 3PL provider with the occupier set to take occupancy of the 62,000 sqm facility.
The asset was developed on a speculative basis in collaboration with logistics real estate specialist Panattoni. The building provides a clear internal height of 11.4 metres and has been designed with flexibility and operational efficiency in mind, including divisibility to accommodate a range of occupier needs.
The asset is rated BREEAM ‘Very Good’, reflecting Sunrise’s continued focus on delivering sustainable, future-ready logistics assets.
Sunrise is now working in partnership with the tenant to invest further capital expenditure into the scheme to meet the occupier’s bespoke operational requirements.
Located within the Parc Logistique de l'Aube, the facility benefits from a highly strategic position alongside the A5 motorway, less than two hours from Paris. The park is recognised as part of the French government’s “Logistics Territories” designation, offering strong multimodal connectivity and access to a large employment catchment area.
Daniel Westoby, Principal, Sunrise Real Estate, said:
“This letting underlines the depth of demand for high-quality, sustainable logistics space in France. By working closely with our tenant to tailor the building to their operational needs, we are continuing to improve the asset’s functionality and long-term performance.”
Arthur Loyd was the leasing agent, while AO Shearman was the legal adviser.
