Sunrise Real Estate signs over 46,000 sqm of new leases in France

At Paris North, Sunrise welcomed Evoluderm, a French-made natural cosmetics brand, and a leading logistics operator, each leasing a 13,000 sqm unit. Evoluderm has chosen the park based on the range of Installations Classified for Environmental Protection (ICPE) categories required by the brand to strengthen its logistics operations in a modern, sustainable environment that complies with the specific needs of its products.

Located on the grounds of a former industrial wasteland, Paris North embodies a new generation of logistics platforms combining efficiency, environmental excellence, and strong local integration. It features high-quality outdoor areas including a nearly two-hectare century-old, wooded zone, a fitness trail for tenants, a tennis court, and outdoor relaxation areas.

At Meaux II, Delisle Logistique Solutions, a subsidiary of the French transport and logistics group DELISLE, has leased a 10,000 sqm unit for the storage and distribution of industrial and construction products. This new site forms part of the partial relocation of the company’s Chatres logistics base, with the aim of strengthening national distribution capabilities.

A prominent e-commerce tenant has leased a further 10,000 sqm unit at Meaux II. Situated close to the N3 and the A140 and A4 motorways, the park offers excellent connectivity to the Île de France region. Accessibility for employees is also enhanced by the nearby SNCF train station and Meaux bus terminal.

Both the Paris North and Meaux II logistics parks offer strong sustainability credentials, with BREEAM ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ ratings and EPC B certifications, reflecting Sunrise’s ongoing commitment to ESG best practices.
