Established healthcare logistics provider, EMED Group, has signed a 10-year lease at Panattoni Park Burgess Hill, as part of plans to relocate its head office from Horley to the facility, which will enable it to expand its operations and support a key NHS contract to provide ambulance services across the region.

Austin Racing has also signed a 10-year lease for the facility and will use the space to enhance the delivery of motorcycle and electric go-kart parts in the Southeast and beyond, driving the economic growth of Burgess Hill and surrounding areas. The move will serve to expand Austin Racing’s operations, streamline production and distribution, and provide space for its fully electric go-karting track, designed for in-house testing, as well as being open to the public.
